If one or more of the items you receivedare damaged, different or not working, you will be protected by this guarantee. Within 7 days of receiving theproduct, contact us with a photo or video showing the issue and whether youwant a refund or replacementIf approved, we will arrange a refund or a replacement of thedefective product, and you may be asked to return it. We will be responsiblefor paying the return shipping fees. Every single of your purchase onElehealthy is 100% risk free.

 

●14 days return to us

 If for whatever reason you do not want youritem within 14 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for a return andrefund. Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is the customersresponsibility and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their originalpackaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.

 

 

●Product warranty

The default product warranty period is oneyear starting from the date you receive the goods, during which you are eligiblefor free repair. Any free repair needs to be confirmed with the manufacturervia Customer Service. Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning theitem accordingly, while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaireditem back to the customer. If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(s), itwill not be eligible for free repair, however customers can return it at theirown cost and pay a fee for the repair. Return shipping fees will be thecustomers responsibility in such cases.

 

●Cancellation policy

For cancelling an order which has not beenprocessed, please contact us immediately.

If the expected shipping date of your order has already passed and it has not been shipped,you can cancel the order and request a refund, which will automatically returnto your payment account.

Orders whose parcels have alreadybeen processed can not be canceled. If you are not satisfied with yourpurchase within 14 days after receiving it, you are protected by our"14 days return to us“ guarantee.
