1. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments through paypal which is the most convenient payment method in the world. You can connect your credit card, debit card or bank account to PayPal for purchasing products. 

2. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We ship with from China or US. The last carrier is UPS,Fedex or DHL depending on the different place and different products. For more about how we shipping, head here.

3. HOW CAN I ESTIMATE MY PRODUCT’S ARRIVAL TIME?
Most US Stock products will ship out within 24 hours and arrive within 2-4 business days. Most China Stock products will ship out within 48 hours and arrive within 7-15 business days. 
When your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you all the tracking details you need to keep tabs on it.

4. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please contact customer service if you made an error with your shipping address.

5. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your stuff. If you don’t, send it back to us within 14 days. Learn more about how to return merchandise here.

6. HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF AN ORDER I’VE PLACED?
Simply log into your customer account (look up and to the right) to check on the status of pending or shipped orders. 

7. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT I WANT IS ON BACKORDER?
We really hope this never happens, but if we’re low on or out of stock on a product, we’ll indicate it on the product page. If for some reason there’s a change in the availability after you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you an email to let you know.
As soon as we’re back on track and have your item in stock, we’ll ship it out within 1 business day, unless you contact info@elehealthy.com to cancel your order.

8. WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
As long as it hasn’t left the building, we’ll do everything we can to help you out there. Contact customer service via email, message (look up and to the right),  to initiate a change or cancel an order.

9. WHERE CAN I FIND MORE INFORMATION ABOUT A PRODUCT I WANT?
