Why do we want to roast coffee ourselves?

Raw coffee beans do not have the aroma of coffee. Only when the coffee beans are cooked, can we smell the rich flavor.

This Topchances coffee roaster could be used not only for roasting coffee beans, but also for baking other beans, peanuts, chestnut, barley, dried fruit, popcorn, etc

The amount of product you can roast at one time: coffee beans: 800 g; peanut: 500 g; soybeans / red beans: 1200 g; melon seeds: 400 g.

This Topchances coffee roaster comes with non-stick chassis, and there is a stirring rod in the bowl, the beans will be stirred by this rod during the baking process.

About the chaff: When you have the right color of beans, you dump the from the cooker into a baking pan, and you shake the beans around the pan in a circular motion. Then simply blow the chaff away （Do at outdoors）.In order to retain the heat to get the proper temperature, the lid should be on when we roast coffee.
